| Day 1 | Chitral town to Sor laspur by jeep 5 to 6 hrs drive on Shandur/ Gilgit Road, overnight stay at Polo ground of Laspur or in local hotel. You have to arrage porters at here. |
| Day 2 | Sor laspur to subar 2 to 4 hrs trek camp at the sandy ground. |
| Day 3 | Subar to the Khoonza Uch means the queen spring, when you look upon it, it, s like a milk 6 to 7 hrs with the left bank Subar River. |
| Day 4 | From Khoonza Uch over the Kachakani pass 4766m to Bokht Shal (stone hut) 8 to 10 hrs. in the beginning 3 hrs very hard over the boulder and then glacier Moraine till to the glacier start, then two and half hrs on the glacier to have look crevasses to get the pass. From this spot you can view little to the valley at level of pass a nice sight of snowcap mountain this is looking very beautiful, then getting down on the snow in very narrow slippery grog to the bottom little bit flat area of snow. And then over the lose stony trail down to the camp Bokht Shal. |
| Day 5 | From Bokht Shal 3840m to Shoung 5 to 6 hrs walk, camp inside the big boulder this is nice camping site. Less steep down following the river through birch trees past green grass and several pure sky blue lakes. |
| Day 6 | Shoung to Dewangar 5 to 6 hrs gentle walk down along with Bashkar River 2925m. |
| Day 7 | Dewangar to Macheyan Gaz 4 hrs trek, this is an easy walk through the forest of mature pine and deodar trees. |
| Day 8 | Macheyan Gaz by jeep to Kalam 4/5 hrs drive through thick forest of pine trees. |
| Day 9 | Kalam to Mangora by jeep 3 hrs drive, here you can visit the Mangora city and some historical places. |
| Day 10 | Mangora to Islamabad 5 to 6 hrs drive |
