| Day 1 | Chitral to Madaklasht by jeep it takes 3/4 hrs drive. Which is the last village of the Sheshi valley, about 40 Km from Chitral the road link out and inter to Sheshi Koh area. Overnight stay at the end of Madaklasht or to go ahead little further to the huge flat field of Chitral Scouts you can camp near by this post Height is 2500 m. |
| Day 2 | Trek to Ghocharsor 4 hrs in the beginning this trek is very nice and complete flat through the tall pine trees and some shepherd huts 2800 m. |
| Day 3 | Ghocharsor over the Madaklasht pass 4058 m to Koreeouch 6 hrs trek Koreeouch mean red spring. Grass flat camp side just left bank of the river. |
| Day 4 | Trek to the Rogh Junali, Rogh means pine and junali means polo ground. That time there were a lot of pine trees and big grass field still substance and the pine and Seder trees are not common now days. This trek along with the south stream of Golen valley 4/5 hrs trek. |
| Day 5 | Golen to Chitral town by jeep 2/3 hrs drive. |
