| Day 1 | Chitral town by jeep to Laspur valley, lunch at Parvak or Sarghoze then to Raman. This is just below the Ramangol 5/6 hrs drive over night stay here and arrange the porters at Pargram village. |
| Day 2 | Trek to the Darshal starting 1 hrs steep and then after till to camp very flat twice a cross-stream 4/5 hrs trek and height is 2835 m. |
| Day 3 | Dershal to Kolakmali 4/5 hrs the base camp of Pargram pass. This sandy camp side if you have enough time you can explore the Panorama view point , and this is just closed to the Buni Zom the highest peak of Hindurajj Range 6551m. When you can start very early in the morning you can get the camp about 5345m on the glacier basin. Overnight stay here the next day you can approach the panoramic point, from the point you can panoramic view all the Hindukush range and pamir Range to over the Wakhan corridor. |
| Day 4 | KOLAMALI over the pass 5056m to Golen valley side base camp to Jeshtanan can (kind of fairy) or Mukulan Shal (Monkey huts). You can should to start very early to summit the pass. First there is a stream which flow down very fast you have to cross early in the morning before 6to 7. After that is very long day 8 to 10 hrs to get the other side base camp. |
| Day 5 | Mukulan Shal (Monkey Hut ) to Dangerik Koroo 3/4 hrs through the potato fields , and the other crop are also grown in their field.and Golen valley one of the best feeder of chitral, from different part of chitral shepherds or other people come to this valley with their goats and sheep’s to spend the summer time, camp at here 2955m. |
| Day 6 | From Dangerik Koroo to Rogh Junali or down to the last permanent village named stor 4/5 hrs. |
| Day 7 | Get a jeep to chitral from Golen valley link again to Mastuj road at Mashlik the end of the Koghozi village toward the chitral town. |
