| Day 1 | Chitral to Zondrangram (it is the name of village in Terich valley) by Jeep, it take 7 to 8 hours hard drive on rough road. Distance from Chitral to Zondrangram is 75 to 80 mile and height is 8048 ft from sea level. Overnight in camp or at private residence. |
| Day 2 | Trek start s from here to Deru, Roshgol valley. It takes 6/7 hours moderate walk in the valley up to 11300 ft high. Sights to see are Burishamo Zom, Matrichili Glacier, and Sargarar south face. Nice camping site at Deru. |
| Day 3 | From Deru to Totirasno Kuh (Kotgaz) 4/5 hours gentle walk at the altitude of 4400. From here to other destinations can be made conveniently as it stands in the center of the valley such as trek to ISHPENDASOR PASS to glace in to ZIVAR VALLEY or go to MUTRICHILI and NURUGHT GLACIERS. |
| Day 4 | Totirasno kuh (Kotgaz) to the base of LANGUTA BARFI, commands full view of the ROSHGOL amphitheater. It is the hard trek for 4/5 hours over glacier at the altitude of 4800 m. this camp presents a breath-taking panorama of the 5 giants viz,Sargharar west ,Langar Zom, Languta barfi, Shakarwer and Udren plus the legendary , loophole in the giants wall, very close to the camp site all peaks standing cheek by Jowl in almost full circle around the amphitheater. Note: return stage down the valley can be shortened to instead of 4 only with the approvel of the group members. |
| Day 5 | Return from base of Languta Barfi to Duru shorting Totirasno Kuh to Duru. |
| Day 6 | Duru to Zondrangram village last stage of Jeep Trek |
| Day 7 (OR) | Zondrangram to chitral by jeep OR |
| Day 7 | Zondrangram to Phandar by Jeep on way to Gilgit, 7/8 hours Jeep drive. overnight at Phandar Rest house or in a small hotels |
| Day 8 | Phander to Gilgit by same jeep 8/9 hours drive |
