| 7 Days | The Trek begin a couple of kilometers from north of Yasin village where the Nazbar river flow down to join the Yasin river. The jeep road enters a short way in to the Nazbar valley. When you like to do this trip from Chitral side it is starts from Chapali village of Yarkhoon valley. |

| Day 1 | From Chitral to Chapali villge 5/6 hrs drive on Shandur road up to Mastuj and drive left to Yarkhoon valley road. |
| Day 2 | Chapali to Malo 3 to 4 hrs, here goes right hand an hour it is again turn to the left over night stay at Malo. |
| Day 3 | Start very early to get the pass after one hrs you should to turn left direction towards Zagar pass 5010 m. after the pass little turn to the right hand and steep down Dedero Shal overnight stay here it take 6/7 hrs. |
| Day 4 | Dedero Shal keep the left hand way to Haringal Shal, camp here 4 to 5 hrs trek. |
| Day 5 | Haringal Shal to over Nazbar pass 4977 m to Shukan, camp at here 6/7 hrs or more then. |
| Day 6 | Shukan to Nazbar Deh 5 hrs walk and then to Yasin valley and stay overnight here. |
| Day 7 | Yasin valley to Gopis this road is connected to the main Gilgit road at Gopis, overnight stay at Gopis. Or if you like to come up to the camp site at Phandar beside the Phandar Lake. If you have to go to Gilgit you can use the same road towards down to Gilgiy. |
Itinerary 2:
| 4 Days | This trek is also start from Chapali village of Yarkhon valley to use the same route till to the junction of Nagaro River and Chamarkhan Gol. |
| Day 1 | Chapali to Malo 3 to 4 hrs here goes to the right hand an hour it is again turn to the left overnight at Malo. |
| Day 2 | Malo to Chamarkhan Gol 4 to 5 hrs, camp at Shal just below the pass. |
| Day 3 | Over the pass to Barsat turn to the right to Ghutbar Ghari, camp here. |
| Day 4 | Ghutbar Ghari over the pass to Harchin village of Sorlaspur valley, overnight stay here return to chitral or over the Shandur pass to Gilgit. |
